This retreat also offers practices and meditations along with herbal baths and sweat lodge gatherings will help you prepare and integrate this intense introspective journey.

The 4 Step Retreat to a New You
Step 1 – Grounding – Nature’s Embrace & Inner Peace
To begin your transformation, it’s crucial to enter a calm, self-reflective state. This begins by soothing your nervous system and attaining a sense of inner peace and safety. The first step involves immersing yourself in nature, away from the chaotic pace of the world. Nature acts as an ally, soothing your nervous system and fostering inner peace. Research shows that this immersion enhances immunity, reduces stress, and promotes mental well-being.
Step 2 – Deeper Grounding & Setting Intentions
You will not get the insights and answers you need unless you are very clear about your intentions. And they are very personal. Examples are:
- What is causing me to feel lost and stuck and how can I find a way forward
- Feel empty like something is missing in my life and i want to know why
- How do i cope, adapt and find inner peace during this challenging time in my life
- What is the reason behind my constant worrying and overthinking and how do i overcome it
- Why do i let my fears and insecurities keep me stuck, from trying things i want, going after what fulfills me or forming fulfilling relationships
- What is the cause of my trauma within me and how can I be free of it
- Slave to my anxiety and depression and i do not want to feel like this anymore
Healing and finding a way forward cannot happen without setting clear intentions. WIth the help of guided reflective practices like mindful breathwork & meditation, you will gain insights and clarify your intentions. These intentional exercises will start to uncover truths and insights so you can become very clear on your intentions.
Be it healing, finding purpose, changing negative patterns & habits or generally taking charge of your life and moving forward with peace, serenity & confidence.
Step 3 – Insights & Understanding Through Practicing Guided Spiritual Modalities
The most fulfilling yet challenging part of your journey is next. A phase rich in insights, revelations, and the courageous confrontation of your past, crucial for catalyzing the transformation you yearn for.
Through powerful guided holistic practices & rituals (for example, movement, breathwork, meditation or spiritual ceremonies), you are transported into a deep, reflective, healing state that primes you to uncover insights, & truths hidden deep within you. These could be hidden from you for various reasons but usually are from past trauma and result in unconscious patterns, behaviors and beliefs holding you back. You will learn to unveil the enigmas tucked away within your subconscious and bring them to the surface where you can begin to work on them. And create new habits, beliefs and indeed an entirely new life.
Expect profound insights, emotional release, and the untangling of triggers behind unhealthy or unhelpful patterns & behaviors. These purposeful moments pave the way for healing past wounds, reshaping behaviors, and fostering newfound resilience and purpose.
Step 4 – Interpretation, Integration, New Habits & Mindset
In this pivotal phase, interpret insights gained, integrating newfound wisdom into your life. Embrace a transformative shift by cultivating new habits and mindsets aligned with your revealed truths. Our guides facilitate the integration of learned lessons, ensuring a seamless transition toward a life imbued with clarity, resilience, purpose, and a renewed sense of wholeness.
The Retreat Flow
Dinner follows with a bountiful spread of vegan delicacies specially created to support the ancient practices.
The second day continues with grounding and anchoring in the environment to allow for intention to be very clear before we journey through the ether.
We will open and close the day with guided practices of mindful movement, breath work and mediation.
The meals are sequenced in honor of your bodies needs to digest this experience. No worries. Just eat.
On day three a feeling of reverence arrives as we make the final preparations through herbal baths and dedication of fasting with intention.
Then we surrender to the guidance of the leaders, sacred healing practices and listen to their songs.
The next day is dedicated to rest, recovery and reconciliation with the truths of the experience. A gentle day with gentle foods.
The fifth day we return to our mats and allow ourselves to receive the outpouring of benefits these journeys brought. We continue with mindful movement, breath work and meditation for integrating what we learn.
Day six we celebrate with a Cacao ceremony guided by Rosa from the BriBri nation.
Then we feast and dance with live local Caribbean music.
This retreat will feel like an eternity and a split second all at once. It’s awesome. It’s powerful.

Josue found his path in life in the meeting of music, medicine and integration. His journey started as an apprentice during retreats with a gifted Peruvian Medicine Woman.
