The unique setting of our open air restaurant sitting high over the rainforest and looking to the Caribbean beaches below bring a special ambiance to each meal.

Breakfast, lunch and dinner are served buffet style with selections such as Caribbean fusion, light vegetarian along with chicken and fish delicacies when you choose.

Seafood is drawn daily from the local ocean, fruit is purchased from local farmers, and only the freshest of ingredients are used in every dish.

To ensure absolute freshness, the versatile menu is constantly refined, adapting dishes to each catch of the day and using seasonal ingredients available from local farmers. Organic products, as available, are the first choice ingredients.
