Yoga

Regular daily Yoga classes are offered at Samasati  at 6:30 AM and  at 5:00 PM

A  weekly package is available all year around that includes yoga classes and excursions (see our Yoga in the Caribbean package).

Our  Yoga Teacher, Danielle Mee

Danielle's trained in her home country, Canada Relaxation Massage therapies and other modalities. She studied in Vernon, B.C and went onto work in a variety of different spas and health centers in Canada.
 
Danielle also traveled to India to receive training in Hatha Yoga, Ashtanga Yoga, and Gentle Yoga. She is also been certified by the Yoga Alliance, after training further in Canada . Danielle believes with a feeling of internal and external love, through breath and asana you can start to reach a new level within your body
and mind.

Relax, Restore and Revive are all key components to Danielle when giving and receiving a massage as well as teaching a Yoga Class. She gives every massage and Yoga session individual to the person and what their needs may be taking into account any special concerns that you may have. With several years of experience in massage and yoga, she continues to strive towards health and well being through Yoga, Meditation, and natural remedies for means of a wholesome and nourishing lifestyle full of Peace and Joy.T
