Our massages will make your body forget the sensation of stress. Our exclusive treatments fuse together ingredients indigenous to the mystical regions of Costa Rica. Water used in the spa is collected from the gentle rain or from the property water springs. When combined with this moisture and oxygen rich environment, ideal conditions for healing manifest.

MASSAGE

Each massage of 1 hour: $ 75.00. 1½ hour: $ 110.00

DEEP TISSUE. This technique offers a release in the fascia, a connective tissue that surrounds the muscles and bones. Deep pressure corrects poor body alignments and alleviates spinal pain. Applying subtle movements of the joints, we can increase the amount of endorphins in the body, creating a deep sense of relaxation. The session will be combined with joint release movements that will open space between the bones increasing the sinovial fluid and decreasing the tone of the muscles surrounding the joints.

SWEDISH MASSAGE. Swedish Massage focuses on creating a general relaxation which stimulates circulation through working only on the soft tissues. It enhances muscle tone and is also therapeutic in reducing muscle tightness.

STRESS RELEASE THERAPY. This therapy is a customized treatment to relieve you from stress and tension combining various bodywork techniques such as Shiatsu, Swedish massage and Reiki to restore soft tissue fatigue and maximize relaxation of your body, mind and spirit. This session provides a nurturing, light end all feel.

SPA TREATMENTS

Each treatment of 1 hour $ 85.00

HONEY, PAPAYA SCRUB. Enzymes contained in the papaya fruit will remove dead epithelial cells and will deep cleanse the skin. The Honey will nourish the skin giving to it a soft and glowing appearance. The scrub is applied to the body through a soft massage.

AFTER SUN COOLING. This treatment is designed for cooling the body after sun exposure. A paste of cold fresh cucumber and aloe vera gel will be applied to the body to refresh and smooth your skin.

HOT STONE MASSAGE. Hot Stone Massage allows us to experience a unique connection with nature, offering a sense of profoundness and sacredness that we too often forget. It's a deep healing and a perfect treatment that is both enjoyable and therapeutic. Hot Stone massage involves the application of water-heated basalt stones of varying sizes to key energetic points on the body, giving a deep massage and creating sensations of comfort and warmth. The direct heat relaxes muscles and tension.
